- Take the lead to establish, implement and maintain the quality system and review quality improvement procedures on a regular basis
- Develop and execute quality improvement programs by applying Six Sigma or quality assurance related tools and methodologies to manufacturing plants
- Responsible for identifying and developing the trade item suppliers according to the Company’s quality standard
- Manage the trade item supplier qualification and annual re-qualification through supplier audit
- Work closely with factories to deploy the supplier quality management practice of traded products
- Conduct factory audit to ensure the corrective actions and improvement measures are executed in a timely and effective manner
- Support any other ad hoc projects in Group level
- Bachelor Degree in Quality Management / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance and control, in which 2 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations
- Certified Black Belt or Green Belt holder with Six Sigma implementation experience in manufacturing industry
- Qualified Internal Auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards with solid audit experience
- Certified Auditor or Knowledge of TS16959 and SA80000 standard is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
- Effective leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
