1- JOB SUMMARY                                                                                                                      

- Implement and recommending the most realistics sales goals/strategies for the company based on the customer and market feedback

- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products

- Interprets short-and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit, carry out analyses of statistic to determine the potential growth

- Implement all sales policies and procedures to sales staff and supervise them in order to operate sales team smoothly

- Supervised performance of sales staff and help and guide them to achieve target.

- Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel. "                                                                                                          

2- RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                               

- Manage and operate sales team in effecient running.

- Manage, training and develop sales staff.

- Hold regular meeting with sales team members.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales with business systems or processes.  

- Directly report to Sales General Manager                                                                                                                                                                                     


- Tốt nghiệp đại học 

- Tiếng Anh tốt 

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất
