• Handle and coordinate the trouble shooting tasks in daily operation to ensure production efficiency, productivity and quality improvement
• Drive the operation team to minimize the down time and achieve production efficiency
• Optimize the technician and worker ratio to attain better labour force utilization
• Manage and monitor the operations reporting system
• Other duties as needed
