• Supervise QC / IPQC / FQC
• Handle shop floor scrap / defect improvement
• Take lead for failure analysis
• Material and inspection specification
• Review and monitor the processes in engineering department, initiate proposal and drive for improvement
• Work with procurement, PIE and suppliers to qualify the material and make sampling

• Degree holder in engineering or chemistry or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Excellent Microsoft Office application skills and experience in handling SAP
• Self-motivated and capable to meet tight schedule
• Result-oriented and with good sense of job accountability and integrity
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
