• Establish and maintain the material, production and packaging specification
• Maintain the standard hour, BOM and routing of the ERP system.
• Responsible for the packaging design and artwork print proof and sample verification
• Process and efficiency improvement, and Cost Reduction projects 
• Continuous improvement of equipment performance in terms of productivity, reliability and cost effectiveness
• Review and monitor the processes in engineering department, initiate proposal and drive for improvement

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Excellent Microsoft Office application skills and experience in handling SAP
• Self-motivated and capable to meet tight schedule
• Result-oriented and with good sense of job accountability and integrity
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
