Monitor customer claim and solve a market problem

Be window to receive claim information from the customer and share this information to concern Dept and cooperate to investigate the root cause, countermeasure

Promote investigation to find route cause, take action and expand to a similar problem for preventive action

The worst shipment model and part group analysis from data and propose quality issues for improvement

Visit & Check the actual situation/ error at customer's place

Return part analysis to solve customer problem claim


 

— Male, Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering of Electric, Electronic, Mechanical or relevant fields

— Have at least 2 years of experience in quality control or related field

— Good command of English written and spoken (TOEIC from 405 upwards)

— Have Microsoft Office skill ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint )

— Understand well PDCA concept and QC tools such as 7 QC tools, QC story

— Good at analyzing & do report

— Have various relevant skills:

- Good communication, friendly, outgoing, adaptability, cooperative

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Sociable, logical thinking

- High responsibility and teamwork skill
