Responsible for organizing the production tasks of the products in each workshop according to the production plan, completing
the production tasks on time and quality, and meeting the delivery requirements

Responsible for promptly reporting personnel needs to HR according to the production plan, and flexibly deploying the flow of
personnel in each workshop according to the actual production situation to ensure production efficiency and avoid manpower
waste

Responsible for the effective development of the daily production management of the workshop according to the department and workshop management requirements, and coordinate the effective cooperation of the department and the cooperative department to remove obstacles to the completion of the production task

Responsible for the decomposition and implementation of the next-level KPI performance indicators of the department according to the company and department performance requirements and continuous improvement

Responsible for the team building activities of the staff in the department according to the company's requirements and the
production tasks of the department to build morale

Responsible for the management process and system construction of the department according to the company's development plan

Participate in the company's overall strategic planning and implementation according to
needs and requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / technical or related industries with at least 5 years working in the position of production management;

- Management Skills: Reading technical processes, understanding operation principles of mechanical and electrical equipment and devices. Excellent organization & management skills, excellent decision-making, and follow-through skills; Proficient in Office Software and IT knowledge;

- Ability: Working independently, under high pressure at work. Strong interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork;

- Priority: Candidates in the consumer electronics field;

- Good written & verbal command of English or Chinese (preferred)
