- Build HR strategy & Manage all the activities of HR team in factory to make sure smooth operation & comply with head office’s policy
- Enhance team’s skill & knowledge and make personal development plan for all.
- Prepare and maintain the budget to ensure budgets are met in accordance with company’s annual business plan.
- Provide a comprehensive training and development plan toenable all staffs achieve high professional standards and have necessary skills to help company attain its objectives.
- Plan & proceed recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that company has the right talent to enable it to meet its business objectives in time.
- Control remuneration strategy and Payment processto ensure that company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
- Awareness of legal changes to have proper change in company policy/ give advice to management.
- Encourage and maintain employee relation by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with employee representatives, providing HR service excellence, and by ensuring the effective communication of company policies so that company is best place to work with low turnover rate.
- A minimum 03 years’ Human resource management experience in a factory (Korean factory is preferable)
- High awareness of human resource, legal requirements,
- Excellent communication, organization, analyzing& negotiation skill
- Open mind, Patient & good listener
- Language: English
- Excellent leadership skill with an eye for detail.
