performance index requirements of the product, clarify the basic process of project introduction and testing, and the basic

According to product planning requirements and discovering technical, environmental and operational factors that affect
productivity and efficiency in production, it is responsible for solving the above problems, providing solutions, establishing a
long-term effective test platform, and improving production efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related with 3-5 years manufacturing experience including minimum one-year testing related experiences;

• Experience with problem solving with methodologies such as PDCA, PPAP, APQP, DPFMEA, 8D, 7QC tools, SPC in quality, ... etc;

• Experience with Testing Management systems and software

• Working experience in consumer electronics is preferred;

• Extensive knowledge and experience with standard testing tools such as audio analyzer, voltage bench testing and alike

• Working knowledge of Instrument calibration, methods of efficiently analyzing unqualified products;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skill and team work required;

• Growth opportunities in varied functions with comprehensive training programs;

• Good written & verbal command of English or Chinese (preferred);
