1. Planning, implementing, adjusting production plans for each department
2. Coordination of activities of the production room
3. Building a scientific working process for the production room
4. Quality assurance of finished products after production
5. Advise on new product lines
6. Management of production department personnel

- Education: Bachelor degree
- Good in English/ Chinese
- Knowledge in garment factory production operation and system
- Experienced as a production manager in the garment industry for at least 5 years.
- Good management  and interpersonal skills
