- Make trial and control process mass production                        
- Summarize time standard and machine loading for support production                        
- Prepare machine and tooling for support new model and production                        
- Control process parameter and machine parameter for support production                        
- Study and improve process for Safety, Quality, Productivity cost Reduction and etc                        
- Make and control budget plan for production improvement   

                      
- Male age between 25-35 years old                         
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering of Electrics, Mechanical or relevant fields                         
- At least 2-3 years of experience of a production engineer                        
- Have variety of necessary knowledge and abilities:                         
- Basic of Mechanics and Electrics                        
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics                        
- Machinery (Lathe, Milling, CNC, Arc welding) and operational methods                        
-  Machinery control software (PLC)                         
- Standard powered and non-powered tools including measuring tools such as Vernier caliper, Micro motor, Dial guage, etc.                        
- Drawing and AutoCad 2D, 3D                        
- Good command of English communication skills                        
- Able to work effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints                        
- Have various relevant skills:                        
- Good problem solving                        
- Analytical and decision making skills                        
- Responsibility, diligence, and patience
