1. General Accountant
- Manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports, financial statements and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Assist the accounting &finance manager to make rounds in attending on financial requests pertaining to purchase orders.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Report the fiscal profit/loss incurred on yearly or weekly basis.
- Ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year.
- Manage the payroll activities in approval of the manager.
- Plan a strategic and long term business plans in support of the financial manager and the board of managers.
- Assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
2. Cost center & Budget control
- Plans, organizes and coordinates the budget and cost control activities; aligns and monitors budgets, analyzes and support the evaluation
- Control cost and profit of products by tracks monthly result, follows up activities and analyzes the fluctuation of each.
- Other duties as assignment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in the field of Budget, Corporate planning, Financial reporting and analysis,
- Previous experience in multi-international company is preferable.
- English proficiency both in spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- High motivation & good at teamwork/ corporation orientation
