• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical institute 
• 5+ year experience in manufacturing management, preferably in process-oriented operations and/or related industry or a minimum of 3-year experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer 
• Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes and principles is preferred 
• Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, and standard cost systems 

• KPI (Key Performance Indicators) management 
• Manpower management 
• Take part in task leaders meeting 
• Production manufacturing management 
• Other tasks as assigned by Superior
