-    Ensuring the company surpass customers' requirements, to achieve the company targets.
-    Driving and managing the team to analyze, improve Quality of in-house manufacturing.
-    Overseeing, coordinating the investigation of Customer Complaints and Non-conformities.
-    Daily managing and cooperating with relevant teams to raise up Quality of Suppliers, promote to reduce material cost.
-    Planning and conducting all requirement of management system. (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
-    Making rules, guides, procedures to assure Production and Quality target are met firmly. 
-    Project Leader for "Q-C-D" activity (Quality, Cost, Delivery) to raise up Quality in Supplier, reduce materials and processing cost, ensure on time delivery to Customers.
-    Conducting needed Quality training for related members.
-    Monthly Quality report.
-    Setting up Department target, personnel targets are contributing to company effectively.
-    Deciding Quality mid-term plan and making schedule to achieve objectives.
-    Organizing and carrying out internal audits.
-    Preparing for third party audits, Customer audits.

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, production engineering or related field.

- Have experience in QA/QC management  more than 3 years 

- Have experience in manufacturing environment 

- Good communication in English or Japanese
