- Having at least 3 years at the management position in manufacturing company. 
- Graduated from University
- Strong leadership
- Able to use English/Chinese/Korean

- Manage the overall QA/QC process 
- Work closely with all plant personnel in addressing and resolving quality issues. 
- Review all plant material/product quality issues and follow up for responses.
- Perform quality systems audits
- Ensures adherence to Corrective and Preventive Action process for Non-Conformance
- ISO Quality Management/KPI Management
