- Schedule the production planning consistent with the short and long-terminterests of production control as of sales forecast demand

- Successful management and coordination of the supply chain activitites by cross-functional communication and effective planning

- Ability to investigate and identifiy root cause when the target of production is not achieved

* Training 2month in Thailand, interview in Sep, start work in Oct/Nov

* Have transportation from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung yen

Qualification: 

- Gradudated from University

- At least 3 years experience in production planning and control as schedule,material planning and inventory control, and minimum 1-years of management experience(Experience in Vendor Manage Inventory will be advantage.)

- Strong communication skills in English including effective negotiation

- Very good computer skills (Preferable Excel-If cause, PIVOT, V lookup)

- Knoweldge of the company manufacturing operations & capabilities and other elements of the supply chain

- Have good knowledge of production line capacity and material control

- Have knowledge of the relevant software as a manufacturing-planning tool

- Leadership skill
