- Maintain the quality system as established by the Quality System Manual, audit the quality system for effectiveness

- Assist in the development of manufacturing department targets, goals, and quality cost data

- Assist in vendor and customer survey and surveillance programs

- Provide administration and leadership in the department quality audits and corrective action programs

- Establish individual audits and prepare and maintain manufacturing audits

- Assign, assist, and perform the periodic audits and reporting

- Follow-up, and assist in the corrective action programs

- Take active role in customer oriented quality system audits and surveys

- Administer follow-up and  corrective action plans

-  Administer the configuration management system

- Develop new concepts, ideas, and method to improve activity and take initiative on items within sphere of activity

- Nghỉ thứ 7 ( tuần 2 và 4 ) và chủ nhật hàng tháng.

- Xét duyệt thưởng 2 lần /năm 

- English ability : Strong oral written communication skills in English, Japanese speaking is plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- At least 5 additional years of experience in Quality System programs and Quality Engineering functions or in a Manufacturing Quality role maintaining Quality System programs and performing Quality Engineering function

- Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes

- Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously

- Knowledge of ISO standard, quality procedures and audit techniques

- Knowledge of Quality control concepts and their application

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
