To develop hiring strategy and plan, continuous improving recruiting channel

- To manage/review the salary calculation, bonuses, benefits, allowance and overtime pay for employees

- Develop and guiding line managers the performance evaluation as well as promotion processes

- Being accessible to resolving conflicts in the work place

- To keep Company's Leadership reported of any employee problems or concerns

- To manage calculate, distribute and record payroll for all employees

- To be good coordinator among teams

- To establish and develop Team Building Spirit and make people feel harmonious in the company

- To contact with Government offices, HIZA, Labor Bureau, Social Security Bureau, Tax Bureau...

- To work with HR in Headquarter about HR strategy and planning

- Other tasks assigned by company time to time.


- Tốt nghiệp Đại học

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm Trưởng phòng Nhân sự, 

- Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
