• University Graduation with major about human resources management, law, business administration,..
• At least 3 year working experience in Human Resources staff position (HR policies and procedures, legal, C&B part, Recruitment part, Training part...) in FDI manufacturing factory
• Excellent at computer skills: MS office, email.. Specially master in excel skill
• Good at communication, problems solving
• Good in English or Japanese
