- Update the requirement & instruction from clients to related departments;
- Proceed the new PO from client & support sales department in processing customers’ request;
- Co-ordinate with another departments to meet clients' requirements;
- To prepare import/export documents, shipping document, custom declaration, certificate of origins (coordinate work of logistic agent).
- To cooperate with forwarding companies/logistics agent to receive materials and deliver finished products smoothly. 
- To prepare the reports according to Vietnamese regulation. 
- To provide optimal level of customer services and resolve shipment issues.
- To receive, organize, prioritize, process and verify information pertaining to goods manifested (through supplier or Client packing lists) for shipping to and/or from Client
- Other tasks that assigned by Manager or Director


- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học

- Tiếng anh tốt

- 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
