-Ensure that all activities of Training & Development are in accordance with policy & procedures

-Coordinate with line managers to analyze the training needs to propose the monthly/ currently/ annual training plan and budget

-Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective

-Search, evaluate from a variety of external training vendors to select the best ones to provide appropriate programs

-Be able to provide history data, analysis, solutions, implementation, ongoing execution and development training cost upon request

-Build internal and external training programs

-Make and execute HR Training Plan, Orientation Training (monthly plan, yearly plan).

-Ensure that the Training schedule is completed fully.

*Required Experience/Skills Detail

-At least 3 - 5 years of working experience - training field in a big company with the  manpower is over 1000 people

-Have experience of training of new employees, special training, ethnic training, oversea training …

-Good command of English


-University degree

-At least 5 years of experience in HR field; +- Good at Computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)

-Excellent communication (both verbal and written), good command of English

-Able to work independently and under high pressure

-Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability

- Detail oriented, well- organized
